As stated in our Terms & Conditions, orders once placed cannot be return.

Refunds are currently not applicable. We do not offer refunds once an order is successfully placed and paid.

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged package or there are items missing/incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orivanofoods@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review and assist on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Failures

If your account is charged but the order is not created due to a payment failure, please write to us at orivanofoods@gmail.com. We will verify with the payment gateway and assist you.
